If you could go back to high school (ok, minus all that), what class would you most want to sit in? I always loved biology and language arts, especially literature. (I tutor a few high school girls in language arts and they laugh at how enthusiastic I am about the material). As far as kodesh classes, I would love to cover more ground in Navi, inside the text, with a teacher.
While I don’t miss high school, I do miss having the opportunity to sit back and just be taught 🙂

I realized a few years ago that while we’re not in school 8 hours a day, our smaller opportunities can really add up My mother attended a shiur for more than 5 years, and in just an hour a week they have covered nearly every area of Halacha. I read from my Tanach for a half hour a week (thank you Artscroll) and have already reached Hoshea. A few years ago I downloaded a series on Koheles (http://www.diggingdeeperjewish.org/audio-koheles-1.htm) and listened every day on my commute. I finished the sefer, gained a new teacher, and learned things that enhanced my life. As long as you are consistent, you can learn whatever you wish to know. Remember, you have a lifetime ahead of you.
