A client mentioned that her doctor told her most people’s vitamin D level is lowest in early spring. I haven’t fact-checked this but it makes intuitive sense. This reminded me of my intention to supplement regularly. I’ve been spotty on this goal but time to double down. (And I know that research on the benefits of supplementation often shows mixed results, but for some reason I feel like a good student when I check my vitamin D and find that it is at a “good” level. Lol).
