Micro Self-Care

Often, we can’t do much to make the biggest stressors in our lives go away, but we can make things easier by alleviating as many little stressors as we can.

 

For example, I find that stocking up on what I need, where I need it helps me feel taken care of and my days to run more smoothly.

  • having the right yogurt in the fridge
  • keeping hand sanitizer, pens, and Advil in my work bag
  • purchasing multiple packages of consumable products (and remembering where I stored the extras)
