Often, we can’t do much to make the biggest stressors in our lives go away, but we can make things easier by alleviating as many little stressors as we can.
For example, I find that stocking up on what I need, where I need it helps me feel taken care of and my days to run more smoothly.
- having the right yogurt in the fridge
- keeping hand sanitizer, pens, and Advil in my work bag
- purchasing multiple packages of consumable products (and remembering where I stored the extras)
