I was thinking I’d do a mid-year check-in for my list of 25 for 2025 but honestly I’d like to keep the list on my radar and will probably forget I ever wrote it if I wait until July to check in, so here is the first of my hopefully monthly updates.
- According to my Habit Tracker app, my overall success rate for my three daily goals (fruit, veg, walk) is 51.76%. I won’t give you the breakdown lol. But it’s really helpful to actually have data. And it’s a start.
- I just retrieved my jar of Vitamin D supplements from my apartment so I can get started on that goal.
- I went to PitaBar one night this week. I’ll probably be back. The food is so good.
- My trip to Paris is planned and happening very soon iy”H. More to follow.
- I am almost set up for insurance-based private practice.
- I am registered for a Big Training later this year.
- I wrote an article that was published in a (relatively small) publication via my job. But it counts! Article one, down.
- And on my reading list: I started and dropped Miss Morgan’s Book Brigade, and read The Joy of Connections.
