The “Sunday scaries” are the feelings of anxiety or dread that arise the day before heading back to work (also known as the “Sunday night blues”). I used to struggle a lot with these feelings (Sunday afternoons could feel so heavy), but after learning a few strategies, this part of the week has gotten a lot easier.

Time management writer Laura Vanderkam shared a suggestion on her blog to identify “merit badge requirements” to make vague goals more concrete. Just like Girl Scouts can earn merit badges by checking off steps towards a goal, you can, too.
My friend shared more about her plans for winter fun and I wanted to share my notes:
I went to Miami for a quick getaway over my Thanksgiving break. I was so incredibly blessed to have sunny 80 degree weather every day.
