My birthday is coming up and I recently remembered the minhag some people have to study the perek of Tehillim corresponding to their new year of life and to say it on their birthday. Some even continue to say it each day of the subsequent year. Birthday 32 is coming up for me, so that would be perek 33. Have you heard of this? I think it could be so nice to have something relatively short but meaningful to focus on learning in honor of my birthday.
I try that. One thing I also try is to also say last years perek my birthday and reflect on the connection between it and the previous year. Helps me feel the growth of each year.
