Do you have any daily rituals or routines that bring joy to your life? Seven years ago, I was introduced to the concept of Morning Pages, which I did for a long time (not necessarily in the morning). I attribute that practice to helping create movement in my life; at the time I was feeling really stuck and it helped me start feeling like life was flowing again and things could change — and they did. Recently I decided to try that practice again, to write three daily pages without stopping. It feels good. I would recommend.
