The night of the 2020 election, I baked oatmeal squares. Since then, that’s my election night treat – gubernatorial, midterms, etc. I just read that apparently there used to be a national tradition to bake Election Cake in celebration of the right to vote! Who knew? So tonight after work iy”H I’ll be baking and eating oatmeal squares, and watching the results roll in. Now…time to vote!
