I just had to share the link to this TED Talk with Barbara Sher (author of Refuse to Choose!, among other books, mentioned here). In this speech, she describes the role of virtual strangers in helping us achieve our dreams. So good. Barbara passed away in 2020, or I would have totally tried to meet her in person after watching this. Really highlights the strength of weak ties!
